Traditional values and great customer service. Always going the extra mile to assist. Able to still buy (some) items singularly and not have to get a big packet of nails when you only need 3. Knowledgeable team, always available to assist if required.

Appalling customer service despite many calls and emails which are ignored. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID and find somewhere that can provide a decent service that will actually refund for items not provided.
