Very Bad service .I was waiting the whole day and they didn't delivered my items . Unreliable, Time Waster, never again buy from Konnec because they use Hermes courier.They keep changing the delivery date all the time.Not possible to contact Hermes, and We avoid retailers and on line shops that Use Hermes.Very Bad Service...

My Hermes, you don't realise your actions can cost your company more than the £2.95 I paid for delivery or you could bring blessings to yourself by your actions if i make a review. It's the power of your customers. My Hermes it would be nice to learn from other companies. I had a bad delivery experince with you today. But thanks to Argos for making my day as I had a delivery from them as well. Bought my headphones from Argos. I was notified by text, the driver was a few minutes away. As driver could not use the entry phone at my flat, he rung me and I managed to let him in the main entrance. He even came up and knocked on my door and left the parcel At My Door. Very impressed. As now we have free minutes with phone calls, Argos is using that for excellent service. It only takes a few minutes mind you, to ring a customer, and the benefits are good service,safe delivery, you save on your storage and petrol if the driver can't have access and that is if you keep my parcel longer. Thanks to the Argos driver for calling me when he couldn't access my entry phone. Your driver Hermes left my parcel in an open area outside the block where any Jack and Jill has access. He did not even ring the entry phone as i would have responded. What is the point of my address. You might as well have left it outside in the street. Do you not do risk assessments? My parcel is important to me. Could you not show some care and respect at least? If I can have free minutes, I'm sure a company like yours can and you can do like Argos and call customers if you can't access their homes and please leave parcels at the door of the house. My number is not communal number for the whole block of flat.Good use of free minutes saves a lot.

Not possible to contact Hermes, they ignore letters and treat customers with contempt. We avoid retailers and on line shops that use hermes. Use Hermes and lose my business.

This will feel like an copy and paste of my fellow reviewers. But, very poor costumer service. I was waiting for my delivery all day with my girlfriend. As we had plans, the delivery time was meant to be 12:00-14:00 . We made sure to be there for the delivery, next thing we realised that it's now 16:00. Two hours after the window tried to get In touch with costumer service and not much help there. Then the item tracking information said that " Attempted delivery, sorry our delivery partner missed you . Please check the card ( no card was left And you missed me. Why, because they never came to my flat. What's the point of lying. This is how you run a business? Don't blame me for your failure to provide the basics which is whole point of your existence.

Worst delivery company I have ever used, the driver was incredibly rude, it's almost impossible to get hold of anyone at Hermes to complain or actually track your delivery. Driver actually started shouting at me when I asked im a question and then when I closed my door he aggressively banged on it shouting at me. I actually felt very unsafe.

Terrible service. Two of my parcels I was returning have now been lost! The tracking says the tracking numbers don't even exist!

The worst parcel service ever. None of the other companies have never delivered my parcels so many times to wrong address. They are absolutely useless. They don?t even make effort to look at the right road name or door number. I?m convinced they just deliver to random places so they can finish earlier!!! Even 1 star is way too many!!

Its near by south ealing station just..less than 100 yards...Everyday parcel services available..You just need to do by online...and put your parcel in box .And done..Esso petrol station is attached with it...one off license as well..Lime ride... scooter service as wellThanks

I often do not give reviews about shocking findings but in this case I had to.1. They lied about attempting to deliver a package of mine2. No contact information that is relevant3. Automated system that responds to specific questions tailored to THEIR responses4. Half of the contact details do not match what their web description is saying5. This is absolutely ridiculous the fact that we are forced to listen to whatever excuse that they may have and then blame it on COVID or whatever the reason.Your performance will have a knock on effect on the business

Look, don't bother with these clowns. Spend the extra £1 or £2 and use the royal mail. They REALLY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. If your parcel goes missing or is stolen, good luck trying to speak to someone and in turn get a refund

They did only one attempt to deliver but pretended the delivery was attempted 3 times so they sent the parcel back. Only one card was left for the "last attempt" visit

Hermes is the worst corier services provider in my opinion. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 13th April. It was delayed first because they couldn't find the address on the main street in Notting Hill (never had that before - pathetic), then it was delayed for another 24h due to unexplained reason. I am not able to talk to anyone to understand the cause of the delay and I am not sure if and when I will receive my parcel. Complete lack of respect to customer.
