Don?t come here to ship your yodel parcels. Third time I?ve come to send something and they say not possible because machine is broken and tell me to come back tomorrow. I asked how often this happens and they told me sometimes and refuses to elaborate / give reason. 3 times in the last month for me, and they are not very friendly / helpful when speaking with them.

Never go to this shop. The man at the shop is so rude, doesn?t even take headphones out to serve you and is extremely unhelpful with collecting parcels.

Please avoid this shopEach guy at the counter claims to be the owner, rude with lack of knowledge when posting parcels(yodel)Very unhelpful and refused to listen. But most importantly selling illegal stuff to youngsters from the school?. Should be reported to police by all that have kids at the schoolHygiene wise, very dirty and packages covered in dust, should be noted by health and safety. Please all check physically and report urgently if your a local

Don?t go here if you want to drop off parcels - they NEVER accept them. They make an excuse every time.Today I was told the machine wasn?t working. On asking for a second time, the excuse was, ?we don?t accept parcels during school time?. I?ve never heard that one before ????. This happens every time. I?ve never been able to drop a package here.It seems the shop keeper likes to take payment from Collect+, but without providing the service.Customer service score: 0

When traveling, I like to find a good spot for some beer, wine or snacks. This was a good stop for us as they filled those requirements.I don't always love reviewing convenience stores. After all, they are built for convenience and not for customer service, vast selection, etc. But this one was a little bit better than most.But overall, there was nothing special. But they did fulfill what we needed. So no real praise and no real criticism. Which is why I give it three stars because it was just ok.
