I love the items they sell and will always have a browse, but oh my...some of the staff just can not seem to smile....as if you are intruding. I understand it is in a busy area & you get all sorts of people in, but please...all we ask is a genuine smile!

They claim to be wheelchair accessible but there's a large step into the store and they haven't bothered to get a ramp. Once in there also isn't a lift.

This is a quality product. The phone fits safely and is secure and the credit card slot enables me to hold my travel card with easy access when commuting. It looks very stylish as well. Very pleased.

Visit quite often when I am in the city. The products are lovely and seem to find the thing I am looking for and extra as well.Today though was a little odd as I was browsing the ground floor when who I think is the manager was shouting over to a colleague that was down the stairs about some stock. They were behind the till so that is quite a distance to be shouting at someone when there are customers around. Put me off from browsing any further.

Just been there earlier today. Once I selected what I wanted and was on the way to the check out, I was asked by one of the staff if I wanted to do a self check out. I agreed. Self check out in the store is through your own phone and once I scanned all items and put my card details the page didn't load and I was told by a staff member to go to a normal check out where I paid for the same items. I just got home and checked with my bank -- I have two payments of £44 odd pounds pending on my account -- I was charged twice. Disappointing. I love their stuff and will continue shopping with them, but will avoid that particular store and will definitely never agree to self check out again.

It is a lovely store with great stock, but I just witnessed the store manager to pick a fight with one of the staff then running to another one and complaining about it. It was very disturbing, you don't do that on the shopfloor.You lead by example.

Stinky store - it?s so stink that I couldn?t stay long. Bet the stinky smell is from the moldy old water diffuser.

This shop is amazing! They have anything you could possibly want!! To proper art supplies, general stationary, organisers, skincare and hundreds of beauty tools, clothes, essential oil diffusers and eco friendly kitchen ware! Plus everything is cheap as chips!!! Last time I went I got 2 pencil case tubs, compact face masks (add serum and they expand), a few pens (beautiful float ink), pencil leads, notebooks, and a few drawer organisers. Love this shop so much, definetly worth your time.
