Amazing service? very impressed.I rang to get a quote for my stairs, landing and 3 bedrooms. I spoke to Dave who was very knowledgeable about what I was trying to explain I wanted and was able to schedule an appointment around my hectic work day. The patience of a saint.Jack came and did the appointment for me, he was professional, honest and extremely knowledgeable with what I needed for a very busy household. The quote came through quickly and the job was booked and fitted before Christmas. The fitters were very respectful and thorough.Very thankful for my new carpet, their knowledge and patience with me.I will definitely be a returning customer when I replace downstairs!

They charged me double of what another local supplier charged for the same carpet, no breakdown provided on their quote so they can rip people off.I emailed them back following their quote to ask for a breakdown as their quote was a lot higher than 3 other quotes I got. Never heard back from them :(The manager has no customer service skills, he was always short with me even though I was extremely polite to him.Please do not go to this place, they are clearly only interested in ripping people off.

Great range of products and exemplary advice and service throughout, including the fitting of the carpet (pretty much the whole of our house) which required : invisible seaming at doorways; full and half bull nosing at the bottom of the stairs and inward curving nosing at the head.Paul and Moira Edey

I don't usually post reviews but I've been so impressed by my experience with Mr Carpet, I offered to write one. I wanted to use a local supplier to re-carpet stairs, landing and bedrooms, but not pay over the odds. They offered a great range of colours and were competitive on price, so I signed up.The carpet was the last piece of a house refurb before I could move back in - and the building work was a nightmare. I can't remember how many times we had to re-schedule, but Mr Carpet were really helpful. They also advised on getting plywood laid to smooth out the old floorboards and improve the look and life of the carpet.When the day finally came, the builders were still working on the bathroom floor, so the carpetfitters couldn't fit up to the doorway. The builders fixed the carpet onto the gripper rods, but it didn't look neat. A few more phone calls and the original carpet fitter popped in to finish the last bit.The whole house now looks fantastic, exactly what I hoped!

Impressed?????. no correction ???. SUPER impressedHaving work done your house is often a nightmare ? not so with Mr Carpet. I was replacing the carpet on the stairs landing and the entire upstairs. John D came to my home, measured up and produced an estimate. He immediately gave me a sense of confidence in the company. John C in the store helped me with matching the paint colours on the walls to the perfect colour of carpet. At every stage John or Jack were on hand to answer questions, advise on preparing the space for the fitting and set up the time for the work to be done.After a month of redecorating and fitting a new bathroom, the day finally arrived to have the carpet laid Alan arrived at 8am on his own, his assistant had called in sick. Alan was a Star; the job went extremely fast and was done to a very high standard.It is not easy to find companies who instil confidence and deliver on their promises. I can highly recommend Mr Carpet in Sheen???.. superb job all around. Thank you all very much.

Super local company. The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Needed a carpet to replace a damaged one and Mr. Carpet looked after me brilliantly. Excellent quality, good price and very, very effecient. Fitters were great and I was able to get them in super quickly. They were professional, thorough and very quick. The finish was excellent. I would have zero hesitation about recommending Mr. Carpet over a National chain just down the road who's staff know far less, are less helpful and who's fitting charges are arranged on a cash in hand basis. Not great. Mr. Carpet quotes for supply and fitting. offers a super range of really good quality carpets and underlay and the fitting charges are included in thgeir quotes - all payable upfront. Really happy, Really impressed. I'll certainly be using them when I have a carpet job I need doing.

Absolutely awful company. Avoid. Messed up measurements , were late, the carpet fitting was shoddy, the carpet they reccommended is pilling. Unhelpful when I complained and sarcastically offered 10% off next order. AS IF!
