After advice from my GP surgery to change my chemist due to the fact the "other" one was shocking ! We will leave it at that !, I called Mottingham Pharmacy to ask how I go about changing over to them as I have my meds delivered , I almost fell down when the lady answered the phone I was expecting "line busy", what a breath of fresh air polite knowledgeable caring and signed me up there and then ... The delivery drivers are great ... It was the best decision I made if I need to call the pharmacy regarding my meds it's always been dealt with efficiently and if they are short by a few pills on a prescription they always leave a little note and they are sent out ASAP so I'm never without ...absolutely fantastic well done guys thank you

I'm happy to say that after many bad experiences with my local pharmacy in Chislehurst, I finally made the leap to Mottingham pharmacy and haven't looked back. Not only do they have always have my prescription ready and in stock, the staff are very friendly, especially 2 women who were there today and greeted Myrtle with open arms. Cannot recommend enough.

Exceptional service and knowledgeable staff! The pharmacy team goes above and beyond to ensure their customers receive the best care. They're always friendly, helpful, and efficient. Today, I received great advice and assistance with filling out an NHS form, which made the process so much easier and cheaper in future. Thank you!

Worst pharmacy around. Went to collect my prescription and I was very obviously unwell. I had called prior to check they can download prescriptions from a barcode sent to me from the doctors, they said they can. When I went to collect, they told me they couldn?t help me. They didn?t scan the barcode and just ignored what I was saying. The barcode states ?Any local pharmacy should be able to download your prescription from the NHS system using this barcode or serial number.? Very young girls who were very rude. Shouldn?t be working with Ill or vulnerable people.

Very knowledgable and kind staff.Had my vaccines done there. The pharmasist was gentle with me and mum. The girl behind counter was very helpful and kind. She has served me many times. She is always polite and kind and helpful. A credit to the pharmacy.

I recently had to place a very specific large order with long list of medication. Roman was very knowledgeable and efficient to help me out. This was my first time purchasing medication like this but he put me at ease in already stressful enough situation. The pharmacy is definitely putting clients first and nothing is too much to ask for.My husband loves this pharmacy too. Ladies even know his name already! We both agreed we should have changed pharmacies long time ago. This is souch better than the high street brand and other local pharmacies I tried before. Thank you guys ?
