Attended the store to purchase a slab blue suit was assisted by Rachel who was extremely helpful. The suit was not in suit but was ordered in the next day, I called Nigel who was just as excellent and advised he was holding it for me. The following day I send my brother to pay and collect the suit, he was met by Marcus who caused a whole heap of confusion, eventually he concluded the price, size and colour. Unfortunately when I checked the suit it ?Midnight? rather then ?slab blue? which he stated it was over the phone. Will now have to spend my Saturday going into another branch to exchange the suit for the correct one.

Had a tux made here, prices are reasonable and staff were friendly. I found that they weren?t super proactive in explaining the process or anything though, I had to press them and ask A LOT of questions to get details on alterations, pricing, turnaround times, etc.

Fantastic customer service from a great team.
I bought my wedding suit here, and despite some issues with a custom made waistcoat order (due to a flaw in the order system and me being very tall), the team went to every length to ensure I was looking my best for the big day, with the look that I had set out to achieve.
Will be returning next month to pick up another suit for an autumn wedding I'm attending.

Really positive experience with Darren at the Holborn Branch. We came in looking for my finance?s wedding suit and had no clue where to start. Darren made the whole process stress free! Really recommend visiting him.

Tried on a three piece morning suit in the store. I advised that it may or may not arrive in time. When it arrived one of the items did not fit. I requested a partial refund and Moss advised they were unwilling to do so. Paying 160 quid for a morning suit for 2 days when it ended up not fitting properly was a waste of money.

Such kind staff, especially Nigel, he was very helpful and thoughtful because I am a student and the obvious high costs of hiring a tuxedo. Brilliant sales and a brilliant guy. Would highly recommend.

TBH i was dreading going in to sort out hiring a Tux for function. Could not have been more wrong! staff were really friendly and helpful, gave me some excellent advice and made the whole operation really easy and actually a lot of fun. The store is bright, clean and modern, the vibe relaxed, the choice massive and the service exemplary. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Unprofessional superior in store who was overheard laughing at extra large sized customer, while on the store front thinking no other customers could hear. Time was 16:00 , 10/1/2024. Disgusting work ethics.

Wonderful customer service from Darren, helping us find the perfect wedding suit, despite my non-conventional fit. Delighted with the outcome and the whole experience (which is quite something as I usually don't like shopping at all ;)
