The one in blue called shine was not going to continue with my appointment when I scheduled one because of a personal thing and all I wanted was ultra light glasses it was not appropriate of shine to air me. this is not professional. I will call and ask for an appointment in the coming weeks I need glasses to see.

I needed a bespoke service relating to treatment I'm receiving and, after searching high and low for a place (the difficulty was increased because of Covid), Shine at Monoptics agreed to assist. She was professional, efficient and considerate. I was in safe hands the entire time. Also, everything in the store was Covid-19 compliant. I was extremely impressed. I thoroughly recommend this opticians.

Came for an eye test today as I thought perhaps I needed a new prescription and was treated to such a thorough examination. The optician also chatted through an allergy issue I have with my eyes and was so much more helpful than my GP has been on the matter. I was really impressed with the photos taken of the eye and the explanation on eye health etc. So much more thorough than any other optician I have been to, particularly the high street chains. Thoroughly recommend!

Wow, I can't recommend this opticians enough. I spent weeks trying to look for a new opticians in my local area - I was on my last pair of contacts and worried that I was about to go on holiday without a backup pair. I called dozens of opticians and when I reached Monoptics - the first thing they did was reassure me I'd have my backup pair sorted; I knew I was in good hands.I received the most thorough eye test I've ever had - and I've been wearing glasses since I was 7. The time and care spent on my exam was so appreciated. Shine (the optician) even went so far as to drop some sample contacts off at my home so I wouldn't go without during the holiday period.If you're looking for next level care - look no further.

Great costumer service, the prices are a little bit expensive in comparison with Colombian prices, but it worths it, I will have my glasses in three days. ?Also the procedure to find out how are your eyes is very professional. ??I tried my glasses on and no headaches just a little bit dizzy but you already know that when you are changing your prescription.

I have been going to monoptics for over 20 years. I moved out of london 10 years ago I now still travel over an hour to go to this opticians ,it says it all there is no better !!They are here to make sure that your glasses do what they are supposed to do unlike many other opticians that just want to sell and forget you .Keep up the great work!!

I had my first eye test appointment today with Shine, she was amazing! From the feel of the shop with the amazing photography on the walls to the full professional set up in the testing room everything was exceptional.Shine explained everything in detail and I left feeling like I had been really well looked after.A really amazing service and experience.Thank you so much Shine!
