The items were really nice and I bought a few things. But me and my mum saw a nice top or dress that she wanted to get and on the day in the changing rooms it said 20% off on that particular day but the lady at the checkout said that the discount only applies to certain items. However, they didn't state that on the sheets of paper in the changing rooms so they need to be more clear.

I left the shop after I was told the fitting rooms were shut 20 minutes before closing time. The shop assistants didn't have a good reason why they were closed. I came to the shop to try on some trousers so I obviously didn't buy any. No wonder high street is dying

Virtually impossible to find this place. I spent 30 min walking around the mall and still could not find them. They could have put details about the floor in the address at least.

As a person from the countryside and hadn't been in London in years, I was so excited when i saw this shop when passing by. It has amazing sale and really freakin cool clothes.Def a must see shop if you like the funky style. The only thing is sizing for the trousers is a bit off. So you should size up but otherwise going to be on the list of thing to do when in London.
