My booking was cancelled, interaction between you, my company and myself was quite complicated. Had to book again on my pvt credit card, despite an in advance payment was already performed.I found ridiculous that the breakfast is not fully included. I had to pay for my coffee and a second glass of orange juice. Not from this kind of hotel.

Food & drinks: even if breakfast is included, there's a "service charge" of 27 pounds. This can't be put on the room, so bring your wallet to breakfast.

Everything was perfect except the breakfast which was not up to par with the rest. No more orange juice and it was only 8am. I ordered toast and had to ask twice for jam. Finally they brought me a small jar without telling me what it was, I think it was a sour cherry jam, very bitter. The manager was very friendly and assured me that it would be taken care of for future times. We couldn't check because the next day we had breakfast elsewhere. Too bad because the breakfast place is very nice.We will come back because the whole experience was great. Cozy and romantic. The room was really great, with top notch bedding, the hammam shower is a little extra and the perfume diffuser throughout the hotel gives a very pleasant atmosphere. And a little arty side that we love thanks to the neighborhood and the decor. The staff were attentive and very helpful.Rooms: Very pleasant and very good bedding.Nearby activities: Great neighborhood, very arty, with lots of great restaurants and pubs right next door. Ideal location from St Pancras station, just a few bus or tube stops away.Food & drinks: Disappointing breakfast.

The hotel is well presented and the team are helpful. It?s overpriced for what it is. The rooms are fairly basic and I?d expect a more luxurious feel for the money paid for a suite. The rooftop restaurant where breakfast is served is operated independently to the hotel and the breakfast isn?t up to standard. For £25pp I again expect better quality food and good service.The Spanish restaurant in the basement is delightful. Delicious food, knowledgeable staff that make great wine recommendations and discreetly ensure you?re well taken care of. Highly recommend.The hotel is nice, good vibes but overpriced for the return.

The hotel is so beautiful! Our shower had steam option included something I?ve never seen before. The gym is the prettiest gym I?ve been on, a lovely rooftop and pool. Bar, Michelin star chef restaurant downstairs. It?s got it all really! Perfectly located

First of all, as I promised an employee there, I need to elaborate on the absolute, above and beyond, professionalism of Ryan (Front Desk Employee). This gentleman was always available for questions, with a smile, and an absolute determination to help. Very thankful for his knowledge and outgoing personality.I began a two day stay at the hotel after skiing for a week. The hotel was clean, beautiful, and appointed well. My stay was restful and very filled with sightseeing and various opportunities. The showers are AWESOME! Great move. I am a GC and I build and renovate hotels, and many of the attributes and design ideas are without comparison.If I were to critique, honestly, here they are:1. Helping to arrange airport transfer and/or assistance in navigating the rather confusing city. This should be done inclusive of one of the 100 or so emails that I received leading up to my visit. Most of these emails were relative to advertising the vast array of properties, worldwide. Simply saying make this 5 star experience without any blemish, no matter how minimal it seems.2. Concierge/Front Desk staff should be able to provide solutions for dining in London to assist travelers like myself. Not a guess, or an I think, but a bona fide suggestion based on ratings by a source with the greatest credibility.3. Estimate of time frame that maid staff will be cleaning room. Several times I went back to my room for a rest and I noticed that the room had not been cleaned, so I went out exploring again, with the hopes that it would be done upon return.But after all is said and done, I say that this hotel provided a memorable experience and will one day return.Thanks ]Guys

We spent two nights at the hotel. The area is safe, quiet on the weekends and the rooms are spacious for London. We were with our 2 year old and managed fairly well in the superior king room. Check in and check out was simple. The rooms were spotless.The steam shower was a great extra in the room.Food options and quality of food can be better especially for kids.

Beautiful hotel, clean rooms and nice restaurants but the fact that there is no sauna or steam room for guests using the spa/gym facilities is a shame and makes it not as appealing as other, similar clubs and hotels. This could definitely be improved given the prices charged!

Ryan! Gery! Kelvin, Teo and Miquel 10/10Ryan checked us in and what can I say the service was smooth and he explained everything we needed to know, he gave us a warm welcome with the best smile in the Hotel. Gery escorted myself and my daughter as I do not take lifts, he made sure to direct us to our room and walked with us. He explained every little detail in the room, from how to operate the amazing steam shower, to the AC, the mini bar and TV etc. He made the explanation fun and not robotic.The Steam Shower what a BonusBibo the food was tasty and the staff were very attentivecame to check if we were ok, and asked if there was anything they could do for us. We were asked if we had any allergies and the Menu was explained by the Head Waiter (Sorry I didn't get his name)Breakfast at Laurels- We were greeted by Teo and Kelvin, who were both friendly Miguel served us our coffees and asked us if we had an allergies and explained the menu very well, I even made a joke about the toast and he was very funny. Kelvin served us our breakfast and asked if we enjoyed our stay.The Service alone was truly amazing, all smiles throughoutBreakfast was cooked well, the sausages were tasty and the eggs too.The gym had everything that any gym goer would need.Ryan again checked us out and again all, smiles, asked if we enjoyed our stay, asked if we had any plans for the day.Clean room, Clean HotelWe can't wait to come backThanks again Mondrian 10/10Rooms: Very clean steam shower a bonus, nothing was out of place, the bed was made up lovely we didn't want to get in, as it was made so well
