Amazing service from the Liverpool Street team! Even if the personalization machine was broken, they fulfilled my request in a separate store and were able to have it ready for pick up within the same day. In addition they were very helpful and knowledgeable when supporting with my purchase. Thank you!

On Sunday 7th November I purchased a weekly notebook for 2022. Excellent quality as usual - I buy one every year. I asked for a receipt and was told it would be sent to me by email. I have yet to receive it, but I have since had several promotion emails from Moleskine. Its irritating not to receive a receipt as I would like to include it in my accounts - I can prove the purchase as I bought on my credit card but its not the same as having a receipt. One further irritation is I cannot email the shop - hence this review in the hope that someone will see it and respond.
