I have never been to the hair dressers to cut my hair professionally until today! I am a hijabi so they had a downstairs which was for women only which was great! The lady who cut my hair was Roya, she did a wonderful job, she took her time and made me feel comfortable! I would definitely recommend her!

I don?t live London but everytime I come here I do make sure to pay a visit. Twice this trip.I did my blow dry and trust me I?ve done my blowdry in many countries before and after a night out my hair is back to being frizzy and dry. At Mirage when Sunny did my hair my blowdry was as good as new even after two nights out. I really cannot recommend here enough and here is why:- She?s extremely sincere and honest and puts in extra effort one step ahead of the rest of hairdressers. Trust me, the result says it all.- on my third day I decided to do a haircut (my hair was pretty long and had no style to it). Sunny gave me a great haircut that matches my face. My hair is bouncy and has character to it now.- back to her honesty, when I asked Sunny which shampoo should I buy from her salon, she asked me my luggage situation. She could have just said to take the big bottle but no, she reminded me that I just have a hand carry and that a big bottle of shampoo won?t be allowed so she gave me two small bottles of shampoo instead. If it was elsewhere they?d look at their profit and sale. So yea, I am completely sure that she works out of passion and care for her clients and their best interest. Trust her with your hair and you won?t regret it.Cannot recommend Mirage Hair and Beauty enough. Will definitely come back again when I visit london.

The most professional and wonderful salon with lovely staff. I have received wonderful facials by Zena before and left feeling amazing with flawless skin.Also, Lemon battle treatment. I took B12 by Zena again this time. I will back again.Thank you for your serviceHighly recommend

I have visited this hairdresser several times and consistently experienced excellent service from Sunny and Roya, who are both professional and kind. However, regrettably, I will not be returning due to the unprofessional behavior of the receptionist. The secretary displayed a lack of boundaries and politeness during my recent call to schedule appointments for my son and husband. Not only did he mock me for no apparent reason, but he also made derogatory comments about my voice, comparing it to that of an older woman. It is disappointing to encounter such entitled behavior from a staff member when interacting with clients.This is in response to your message below:Apparently, lying is another art in which you possess expertise. It is appalling that the "management team", instead of offering any apologies regarding the rude attitude of the receptionist, is claiming that I was pushy in making an appointment. The call didn't even last a minute, and the receptionist began by mocking me, saying "Mashhadi," and then imitating my voice as an old woman, "Pirezan." I have enough dignity and respect for myself and my family that I would never, in a thousand years, return to the salon. Additionally, I have been living in England since last July, not two years! I haven't been a customer for two years, only a few months. Despite noticing the red flags with your receptionist, who speaks a lot of nonsense and has poor English communication skills, I continued to come mainly because of Sunny and her haircuts.I also left positive feedback the first time I visited the hair salon, and once again, the receptionist was so pushy in pressuring us to leave a comment and feedback that even my husband, who never leaves online comments, felt compelled to leave one. It was arrogant and unbelievably unprofessional, but I chose to overlook it. I should have known better.

I had microneedling and skin booster treatment by zeina . It was amazing. My skin look really good. Will definitely come back again.She also offers vitamin injection services. This is really good for overall health
