Absolutely the worst bank. The fraud team flagged my account and put all my funds on hold because my friend transferred some funds INTO my account. They flagged that as fraud. Extremely poor experience. It took four separate appointments on different days just to attempt to open a basic current account. Staff appear inexperienced, and there is a clear lack of communication and coordination between team members.
