Went in for a regular service and an adblue top up. 1 day later engine management light on & adblue error message!! And unable to get another appointment for 3weeks. please bring back Mercedes. This is the 2nd service with Sytner and 2nd time with issues immediately after the service. Cannot be a coincidence!
