AVOID. Pharmacy is incompetent overall, takes no ownership when making multiple mistakes. Pattern noticed in blaming the GP for not sending medication however it is themselves not doing their jobs properly. This results in the pharmacy putting vulnerable peoples lives at risk when their medication has ran out and has not been ordered in time. Customer service is non-existent especially when dealing with sensitive customers with different needs. Avoid at all costs, plenty of other pharmacies around.

Utterly, utterly useless. Been coming here two years getting the same medication and they never have it in stock. Every single time they say they have to order it in and I have to come back, even then they don?t have it sometimes. More than once I?ve been told my prescription wasn?t sent over from my GP when it had been. Been told my medication isn?t made anymore when it?s made by half a dozen manufacturers. No management on site and the place is staffed by trainees who are making mistakes with medications, which is dangerous. A pharmacy?s sole purpose is to dispense medication and they can?t get that right, leaving vulnerable people without medication, life altering and sometimes life saving medication. You are a disgrace to your profession and should be embarrassed, but you won?t be because you clearly couldn?t care less.

Not a welcoming shop . Seems to be closed when they say they are open. Other pharmacies around the area better to use
