I used to love this place when the previous owner or probably the person whom was responsible running the place but I was told he'd left (retired) since his departure this place had drastically changed to a place that wasn't worth the time, effort and have had really bad experiences.Their understandings (the person in charge now) towards patients with mental illnesses, understanding towards reality and unable to manage their medications is non existent.Very rude overbearing controlling so had enough of the bad experiencess and services decided to change pharmacist.

I went to collect my mums prescription which my regular pharmacy doesn't have. I was refused from getting served at this pharmacy as I wasn't a regular patient. This is really appalling for a pharmacy to refuse medication for a elderly patient. I am now stuck and can not find this medication from any local pharmacy. Really upset that Madina Pharmacy had the medication but said the owner of the pharmacy keeps medication for only his regular patients.If I was able to give no STARS I would. Unfortunately Google Review doesn't allow 0 Stars so I had to choose 1.

Gave me almost expiring medicine in a white package. This is my regular medicine and usually it has long expire date however this time I received medicine expires this month. Very bad practice.

Terrible opening hours for working people. Closed Sunday. Weekdays close 5.30. I went Saturday 4pm & guess what, they're closed. Just googled opening hours and none documented.
