Poor service with poor communication . Have taken payment from me but I still have not received my items despite trying to constantly contact them . No phone lines available either to contact them . Definitely will not be using them again .

Ordered Thursday last week, they kept asking me the same question by email, which I answered, but they ignored, then repeated the same email. Can?t EVER get through to them by phone. It?s now Tuesday, they haven't approved my order, but they HAVE my money. I?ve sent several emails, now telling me they will answer within 72 hours. That?s 6 days already.This is for the slimming injection, so £160, I am now thinking it?s a scam!, they don?t actually have the injections to sell!!
