Store has ample amount of space to sit and enjoy the meal. Order was received quickly. Little more instructions near the ordering screen may help the customers specially who are taking seat at the 1st floor. If someone has to order and want to be served on the seat, numbers tags are not available then how would someone order is it by entering the number mentioned at the table or ask for number tag from counter.
Prompt Housekeeping staffing is required, toilets at the first floor were nom operational leading to long queue at the ground floor toilets.

Very busy McDonalds in Oxford St.
Pretty much all of the seating was taken (there is lots of it but it was all taken). There is lots of ordering machines which made it easy to order.
They were fast at getting the food to the collection point but it was pretty unorganised when collecting. They shouted out a few numbers at once which made it hard to keep up. Food was hot and fresh though.
I would avoid it if you?re not prepared to wait. There are others in London that aren?t as busy. I didn?t use the toilets but they had a very long line (tip: go to IKEA instead the queue is shorter).

Really weird McDonald I?ve ever been to. Staff who were preparing food were chatting all the time even in the most busy time! And nearly every order, every order will miss something, dips? I paid for) or straw other things so customers have to return the reception again to ask.
The hamburger was also the worst made & packaged around all the Mac I have even been to.
If you don?t want to work or do business, you can shut down, thanks.

Their biggest problem is the bathrooms, they need to clean them and pay more attention to them...

No toilet paper at the toilets. Staff should be checking toilets very regularly, especially in the Captial, where there is more footfall of customers and tourists. Toilets had used tissue everywhere and urine all over the floor and toilet seat.
Big company like McDonalds neglecting hygiene in the Captial of the country is u heard of. Sort it out.
