Don?t bother. Place doesn?t even open on time and people are waiting. No staff or anyone to contact, so unable to even know how far someone is from opening the store. Find your locate snappy snaps, probably more reliable.

I am very upset with their customer service. The staff that helped me was rude and was in a rush even though I was the only person who was there. The picture that was taken of me has bad lighting and is slanted. I kindly asked if she could retake my photo yet she said no because she was in a rush for no reason.

I was in a dire situation where I had procrastinated a lot and hadn't had a gift canvas done for months, ending up needing it last minute. That's where Max Spielmann came in and saved me:) by producing a wonderful canvas in record time, and I was really happy with the product.On top of it, Irina, the lovely lady there was a huge help and really understanding;) appreciate it :)I'm thinking to come back just for her :)

Need more staff. Been happy in the past. But didn't do a good job of our photocopying our important documents. Due to too many customers, not enough staff.

I was in Max Spielman, shop in Tesco itself. Very friendly staff and both the ladies do know their stuff!! I went to have passport photos taken. First thing they did was to check the requirements for the photo for that country. How good was that??? The prints are good and they will also email you the e-photos if you want them. I would recommend them to anyone.
