Ordered online to collect from store but it took for ever to receive my order! Its better just going in and printing it off.I called the store everyday for a few days to ask if my order is there but it wasn't.. eventually i gave in and asked the guy emanual or something his name was, to give me a call once he received my order so I'll come and collect it, he took my name number etc and didn't call me. I waited a few more days then i checked my emails only to find out, that Two days earlier my order was ready to collect from the store but that boy didn't call me or let me know. I was really frustrated but ignored it as I already know the staffs who work inside the tesco extra are not so professional and always cause problems so i wanted to avoid the hassle. And just went and collected my order.

Very helpful chap that assisted me with my printing, can't remember his name but he had an Irish name but definitely wasn't Irish, can't recommend this place enough, he was so helpful, and it's just inside the big tesco's opposite where IKEA used to be in edmonton, top marks all round

I had almost allot of pictures to print and Kate helped me so much. Whilst I was doing my shopping by the time I came back my posters were ready! in perfect quality and print :)

Simone was really patient and very helpful. My canvas photo was lovely. I shall be returning soon. Also I got my photo in the hour very quick.

The lady who works in this branch called Simone was more than helpful and patient with us. She stayed over an hour after her shift had finished just to make sure we were finished and happy with our product. We ordered over 500 photos which took us and her over 2 hours to upload. Despite that she still went through each and every photo to make sure we were happy with them. Really patient and lovely customer service skills, will definitely be coming back to purchase from her.
