Disheartening to see the way the people on reception treat the women in the clinic.Incredibly and outwardly rude about patients in from of them and other people waiting. They gave me an implant that is given me bad side effects and then make it hard for me to get in contact with them by giveing me a fake number and when I called the number a vet answered
