By far the most helpful pharmacy I've ever used. Always polite & friendly welcome. Nothing is too much trouble & they're always helpful with prescriptions & will explain anything your not sure of.. They're also currently doing flu & covid booster jabs.

They prescribed me the wrong prescription, that was already dispensed to me a month ago, 3 MONTHS worth of ANTIBIOTICS, instead of my correct prescription. Had I not noticed when I got home, or had I not been observant (unlike some sick elderly patients may be) this mistake could have wrecked my health. Instead of apologising, I got an ignorant and aggressive man lecture me about how I should have ?opened the bag to check which medicine I had received before leaving?. Firstly, the medicine they had given me was NOT A REPEAT PRESCRIPTION so they essentially dispensed medication ILLEGALLY, and then blamed me for their mistake. As a chemist, you have a duty of care to all patients, to check if the medication you are dispensing is correct, the date it was prescribed and if it has already been dispensed. Sort yourselves out before you lead to someone?s DEATH. Absolutely horrified by the treatment I have received today.

Booked an appointment for 5pm (vaccination), arrived 4:50pm and they told me that the doctor has just left. Horrible. Don?t go there

Always super friendly and helpful. They have more knowledge than the whole group of GPs at my surgery. These are the true NHS heroes who actually always listen and if they are busy will tell you when to come in.

Very helpful, they call round to do flu-jabs and deliver medication. Very polite and articulate and up - front. I've been using Masters for nigh on 5 years. Highly recommended ?

I've been using this pharmacy for over 5 years and never ever had a problem, efficient service with a smile and always polite. The pharmacy is also very clean and obviously well managed, far better than some others in the area. Excellent service keep it up!
