Wallis is a real credit to your business. Nothing was too much of a problem for her. The store should have more staff on each floor though.

Always polite, friendly & helpful like all their stores tbh, probably one of the best customer service in store I've experienced by a brand, clothing is generally good quality & stylish, both Oxford street & this are nice locations, can't go wrong for a browse & pricing is reasonable tbh.

I have shopped at Massimo Dutti, Regent Street, several times. The product is OK for the price. Unfortunately, there is a common pattern each time I visit, and it is a shared opinion when reading through some of the other reviews online. The only reason the store is still there is simply because of the product and the fair price. The customer retention rate has nothing to do with the service levels. The service is awful, and if the product wasn't good value, then this shop wouldn't last a month on Regent Street. I would highly recommend investing in some customer service training or rewriting the shop policies because the current workforce has a damaging impact on the brand globally, not just the individual shop. Interestingly, the sister company Zara is a cheaper brand but offers a higher level of service. Maybe, run a test for one month and swap the Zara sales team for the Massimo Dutti sales team so the service reflects the price one is paying - I am sure the sell-through rate and client satisfaction reports would speak for themselves. To summarize, fair product at a fair price, but there is a lot of improvement to be made regarding the customer in-store experience and sales strategy.

I was robbed in this store. Their management and ?security? are absolutely useless and clueless. Wouldn?t be surprised if they work with the thieves who operate in there considering there are other reviews about being robbed here. They also lied to me about CCTV not picking up on anything. Dishonest, unhelpful staff.

I like their clothes - but I've never been in such a well staffed shop so optimised for waiting!Return for a gift voucher? 15 minute wait for a managerDifferent shoe size? 10 minute waitWait to pay? 5 minute wait....For those who enjoy wiling away an afternoon in their nearest Massimo Dutti I can imagine it's a joy - but for the rest of us it's not ideal.

The theft issue in Massimo Dutti Regent Street needs to be investigated. So disappointing there was NO CCTV to cover the area. Hmmmm!!!!! No customer is safe there..

I like their clothes and have bought them for many years, so I have a lot of loyalty to the brand.However although most the people were friendly it wasn't easy getting their attention and they were all not incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. That means a lot on this competitive High Street where most shops are.So although I like the clothes, if I hadn't been an existing liker of the brand I would probably have gone elsewhere and it does feel like they are closer to the end of their journey than the beginning.

Bad service. Employees are unhelpful. Cashier (also the manager) doesnt even greet or smile - rang me up and started talking to the cashier next to him. Didnt even give me my receipt. When i asked, he just thrust it at me without even looking up? I did say its bad service and he ignores me . Pathetic and repetitive bad service

Wow. I walked through the entire store past nearly thirty different sales associates and no one said hello let alone gave me eye contact. They were all chatting to each other, yawning, and adjusting clothes in a way that even prevents customers from accessing them. Terrible!

Despite my interest in several products, I received no assistance and was simply stared at in a very unfriendly manner. It made me feel very uncomfortable and I wanted to leave. At the checkout I was asked if anyone had assisted me, and when I said no the woman was very apologetic. I should of explained that this was due to the attitude of the staff. After this unpleasant and awkward shopping experience, I will definitely refrain from going to this store and shop online ?
