Very unhelpful workers, a buyer of mine went back and forth for days trying to collect a parcel from me they said they ?didn?t have? the recipient watched them sift through what they had and literally saw their parcel right there, no reaction from staff or a sorry even though theyd been back and forth for days. I rang them up to try and trace it and they just hung up on me repeatedly. I do not recommend this shop for anything to do with parcels.

Very unpleasant experience collecting InPost parcel. The older gentleman at the counter was rude, lied the scanning device wasn?t working and advised to come back after 45 mins. When I told I couldn?t come back 45 mins later as advised, the scanning device suddenly was back on track and I was able to collect the parcel. This kind of attitude isn?t really a good look on the establishment. If you don?t like people and have no people skills, you really should not work in customer services.

Absolute garbage service.Refused to take a parcel despite it being well within the size requirements for the Yodel return service.I called them after confirming the parcel was within limits, and they hung up on me.Dirty and dingy store, terrible customer service. Avoid avoid avoid.

Refused to take a parcel with a return label preprinted and attached that was within the size limitations listed on the return instructions. Was extremely rude and hung up when we tried to explain this to them.

Refused to take a parcel when their shop is clearly listed as a return point. Refused to even try and scan the code.

Not very helpful to be honest, if you have larger packages that are within the 5kg dimensions they say they not take them, but other stores in the area happily accept them. Constantly saying the ?machine is down? multiple times a week. Unsure why they are not keep to help their community out but I?m not surprised by the low review score on Google

This shop is listed as a click and collect option on eBay but my parcel was rejected by the shop once it arrived. I don't understand why they would list themselves as a collection point if they are going to reject parcels. This has caused an unnecessary headache.

Great little community shop with a free cash dispenser. Lovely owners and staff. Very helpful and just thoroughly nice people.
