Last time I rented anywhere was over a decade ago in Manchester, so I was a bit intimidated by the prospect of entering the cut-throat world of renting in London. Fortunately, it was Gyan that answered the phone, and we couldn?t be happier with the service he provided. Gyan took the time to find out exactly what was important to us and only sent us details of properties that were the right fit, which really helped as we were both working full-time and based in Manchester meaning time was at a premium. Gyan?s communication was great throughout via phone, email and Whatsapp depending on the situation. Viewings were always on time and very professional. The standout for us was that Gyan was infinitely patient and never too busy to answer our queries.

My partner and I have been looking for a place to rent in London over the last 2 months and have contacted COUNTLESS estate agents in the process of trying to find somewhere, majority of which never responded but Marsh and Parsons have been wonderful!! (Especially Alice who had reached out regularly!!) Amazing staff who are genuine and don?t feel like they?re just trying to push a sale - it feels like they actually care which is a breath of fresh air. We didn?t end up finding a place via Marsh and Parsons but I honestly couldn?t recommend them enough, throughout the search process they have truly been lovely. Thank you again Alice!!!

Cannot recommend Rishi Singh from Marsh and Parsons highly enough, from meeting us in the rain to show us the flat on numerous occasions to keeping the sale moving forward despite our very slow solicitors. Thank you for making a stressful process more manageable.We would not have moved in so quickly if Rishi hadn't been liaising so closely with the seller and our solicitor.

We purchased a property being sold by M&P and Rishi handled the sale. Rishi was a joy to work with and was very helpful at times. He handled our purchase diligently and honestly. Gyan is probably the nicest and most attentive agent I?ve ever come across in my flat search history. He really takes the time to listen to your requirements/budget etc and actually takes note of it all. I?ve dealt with many agents in the past who just send you whatever they?ve got- but Gyan is much more bespoke and really wants to make sure you find your perfect home. He remembers all the small things that make such a difference. Although I found a new place elsewhere, I?ll be sure to reach out to him if I ever need to move again. I?m gutted he?s not my agent now! Alice is extremely polite and very helpful - doesn?t waste my time like other agents. All properties suggested always entirely to spec, goes the extra mile with the search and always very personable on the phone. Wish all agents were a bit more like her!
