Out of all the agencies that I have signed up with, Anthony from Marsh & Parsons Battersea has been the most helpful and found our dream rental flat in less than a week. He listened to us and made sure to only show us properties that we would be interested in, walked us through the process of making an offer, giving references and made it as easy as possible. Theodore (Theo) was the most accommodating letting agent I have come across. A genuine understanding of my requirements allowed for efficient viewings of suitable properties and a disregard for those he knew I wouldn't consider. Thoroughly personable guy and a genuine pleasure to work with, would highly recommend.

As an experienced landlord, I was looking for another agency to the one I had been using for about 10 years. Rachel and her team were very helpful and informative and to my surprise, very quickly found potential tenants who unfortunately backed out. It may have been guarantor cold feet as the tenants were a young couple with 1st London jobs and in a more expensive area of London.Unfortunately for M&P, the original agency then found a tenant whom I accepted.Next time, I will certainly give M&P another call. Would definitely recommend Marsh and Parson?s. Eoghan at the Battersea office was so helpful when trying to find a property to rent in SW London. He gave us all the right advice on how best to secure a place and was always super responsive with any issues we had! Love our new place now :)
