Rude staff - supposedly they don?t accept charity donations after 5pm? Will be avoiding here in future - sad to think that time and effort was wasted walking here to drop bits off. Help other charities instead!

Have always loved this charity shop.They also provide great support for volunteers who aren't well versed in retail etiquette.Cannot recommend highly enough.Keep up the good work.!

Rude customer service. It honestly ruined my day. I went there yesterday and I said hi to woman till lady, and she looked annoyed and busy. Then I gave a big bag of clean, good quality clothes. I said "thank you" as I gave it. The woman at the till just took it from me and couldn't even say "thank you" back. I will take my clothes to a different charity shop from now on! As I walked out, I said sarcastically "you're welcome!" And she still never said anything. They can't be bothered to talk to people in there.

Well organised charity shops but the prices are not fair. Most items are overpriced with some items being sold for more than they would be new. I would encourage this charity shop to reconsider their price range or introduce a sale rail for those who need it. Until then I will be going to Finsbury Park for more reasonable charity shops.

Really surprised by the comments on how friendly the staff is! I went there to donate a bag full of nice clean clothes. They just stared at me and couldn't even be bothered to say 'Thanks'! I thought maybe they were having a bad day. I tried another time, the same thing! Perhaps they think they are doing me a favour! So now I walk all the way to Wood Green to donate them to Cancer Research as they are always polite and friendly.

Like all charity shops, pop-by for the chance of a bargain. The bonus of this shop is that it's the only charity shop in Harringay & therefore benefits a lot from a broad range of donations.
