Fantastic service - from the first visit to the store to select a new carpet for a bedroop and stairs, we felt well advised. The removal of our currents carpet laid bare some issues - but we knew immediately what the additional work would entail/cost. The quality of the workmanship equals the suality of the carpet - and everything was cleaned to perfection. Having used cheaper options previously Indould honestly never go back to Carpetright & co.

Amazing job. Quality carpet fitted by a highly skilled fitter. Marc in sales helped us choose the best carpet for our stairs. Charles did an amazing job, sorted out a few loose stairs and made such a fantastic job of fitting the carpet. Highly recommended.

We bought our carpet in December 2020 and Marc was incredibly helpful, getting our carpet measured up and fitted in record time for Christmas despite the pandemic! He was really knowledgable and gave great guidance. We'd definitely use his company again. Thanks Marc!

After visiting the high street services and not being able to get anything less than a six week turn around we decided to try our local independent service Marc Charles Carpets as we were facing a very tight deadline to see if he could help. Marc was our saving grace not only was he able to meet our dead line but went above and beyond what was expected, going to the property to measure and even saving us money by using the room off cuts to do the hallways and of course doing an amazing job. We would definitely be using his services again and would highly recommend anyone else to do the same.

Great, honest service!We had already been to carpet right. They didn?t know what they were talking about. Just another number. We had every question answered here and knew we were getting a good quality carpet that would last.We definitely recommend Marc Charles to anyone who needed flooring.

An amazing service from start to finish. I wanted a good quality carpet and I certainly got that here. Mark spent a lot of time going back and forth with samples, answering my wife?s questions and concerns and guiding us in a carpet that suited the house and the family. The fitting was perfect, all cleaned up and the only way you knew the fitter had been there was the new carpet. Couldn?t recommended this shop enough

Used to be Marc Edwards and I had to recommend a company for an 'Interior Designer'/Project Manager/Art Consultant etc.I have seen this place since childhood and the person I spoke with at the time when I had to recommend a good place, was very helpful.The place has a very good selection of carpets for all palatial inspiration.It would be extremely difficult to decide which carpet to get but with the expertise of the staff here, it can be possible.Highly recommended.
