We chose Majestic for a recent company event, and the experience was excellent. They offered a fantastic selection of drinks and also provided ice, glasses, and a chiller bin, which made everything so much easier.
We were really pleased with the service ? special thanks to Zak and Jude, who were both incredibly helpful and patient throughout.
We?ll definitely be using them again for future events!

Never answered the phone and didn't get back to emails when I wanted to order some 6 cases of wine for a big event nearby.... In the end I had to go to a different majestic which was inconvenient as it meant transporting all the wine glasses some distance. Disappointed by the very poor service.

Great selection and prices. Patronized by the wine aficionados of London. Friendly, attentive, staff who know a thing or two about wine and can make some good suggestions. Good place for beginners who want to learn about wine and are not afraid to try different varietals.

Went to Majestic in Vauxhall, just before closing on Saturday evening. Martin served us. He was very patient and so helpful and knowledgeable. His ability to make recommendations based on our vague descriptions of wines we enjoy, was impressive.- especially in our modest price range, Really excellent customer service. Thank you!

Great experience shopping here for a Wine. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. Helped us pick out a great red wine within our budget. Very knowledgable and easy to converse with the staff here. We also got to taste a sherry they had on for tastings. The wine selection is not very vast, but they do have a good collection.

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! I had the most wonderful customer service at the Covent Garden branch yesterday. I went rushing in at around 5.15pm as I was organising a big event at Australia House on the Strand, and my order of 13 cases from another wine company had failed to be delivered by their courier. The guests were arriving at 6.30 for a drinks reception and I had no Prosecco or white wine on ice for them. My stress levels were sky high, but Chris, Jason and the team were amazing. They immediately asked if we needed help, grasped the gist of the problem and quickly offered good advice on replacement wines.Then they set about loading them onto a trolley and got the payment sorted while my colleague was outside looking for a black cab. Russell brought the trolley out into the street for us, but there were no vacant cabs, so he actually offered to wheel it all the way down the road to Australia House for us. That is above and beyond what I could possibly have expected. Luckily, as we were about to set off, a cab came by and he helped us to load it all in. They really did save the day and I cannot praise the team highly enough for all their help.

I had a wonderful experience at this branch of Majestic wine. I was served by an extremely pucker young chap, Chris was his name I believe? His passion for wine really shone through and his knowledge was second to none. I was after a drop of red from the Murcia region of Spain, but unfortunately there was nothing on offer from that exact region. However Chris (again, I really hope I have remembered his name correctly!) really did his due diligence and returned with a absolutely gorgeous bottle of Tarima Monastrell from the Alicante region of Spain, 'close enough!!' I exclaimed. It really was a lovely tipple. I will certainly be returning and picking Chris's brains again. Incredible service.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff. They honestly help you find the right wines to suit you/your occasion/your budget. We joined friends for their wedding wine tasting and had a very enjoyable tasting that was tailored to their needs and menu too. Cannot reccomend them enough, brilliant staff. Thanks!!!
