Scammers. Their pricing is outrageous.They attempted to bill me £170 for shipping 2 boxes overseas. However, the identical service online is approximately £90. When questioned about their exorbitant prices, the woman agreed to reduce it by £50.It is sad to see individuals motivated solely by financial gain.

Extremely rude shop owner. They don?t do FedEx drop offs unless it?s an international address so nothing local. I was returning Stratberry item to Scotland and they use dreaded FedEx.The rude shopkeeper at ?Mail Boxes North Acton? would take my parcel if I give her £5 pounds, because she makes no profit from non international labelled addresses. The package had a paid return label, so I refused to pay £5 and walked. She is listed on the FedEx website as a drop off point. Please avoid unless you like that type of service.

Literally never had an issue with an MBE before been using them for years, but the service here is terrible and rude , the shop is way too small and packed out like a cornershop, also why chose a location with no parking seems a poor choice.

The owner did not allow us to post this item as it was not within the item range by 3cm? she did not want to even help and still took our money which we payed for in order for her to help as apparently we had to ?store? the item at her place. Very bad service. She was not of help at all and left us with no solution despite telling us to repurchase the label at her place (which was triple the price of an ordinal royal mail label). As we did not buy from her since we could just get a way cheaper one from Royal Mail website. She became very unhelpful and unkind in contrast to her behaviour prior to our issue.

Even it may be shown on the UPS official website as a drop point, they will change for every parcel. This is beside the postage. I don?t think it?s reasonable.

Edit: Removed original negative review. Only fair for the new management to get a fresh review.Went there recently and the service is much better than before. Still on the expensive side but cheaper than me getting my own printer.
