I would like to thank especially Roberto and his team for all the constant hard work. We are operate an antiques and vintage furniture near by MailBox and we regularly use Mailbox service to pack our items and ship or just to pack the items. We can send lamps from small bedside tables or chandeliers with Mailbox. Roberto really understand how important is the packing of the items. We never had one item which arrived broken even though they are sent across continents. Roberto and his team are great with communication and follow up. We highly recommend them. The pricing is way out of line. £1.20 for a single page one sided print! What loot is this!Response to the comment below - major providers or not, for a commodity service as a end customer that pricing is high. Rather , as a major provider the scale of operations should bring the cost down rather than push it up. My review is meant for that end customer who probably has a stash of documents to print and at this rate will shell out non proportionate money.The local post office charges 10p for a single print in the same area. This is 120 times that price , which is why my comment on the pricing.

Memory of a theft!Last year I came to this place to send a package to Italy. I was assisted by a man, he was really nice and helpful. As I was sending things that were not valuable I asked him to charge me the lowest price. It was 49,75£ ( I still have the receipt!). After the good experience, a month ago I decided to go again to send another package. Same destination, same not valuable things inside, same request to pay the minimum tariff, only the package was 3kg less than last time. This time, the woman that served me charged me 88,90£! A theft indeed..
