I went to mail boxes, in Lewisham/Lee High Road, to send a small letter to portugal. Normally I pay £2.20 at royal mail shops; here I was charged £2.85.when I questioned it I was told that's the correct price because they are not royal mail. How can they justify charging £0.65 more? And the costumer service is non existent. Pure robery:Avoid!!!

I went to MBE Lewisham this morning and all the excellent reviews I read earlier about this place and overall Shantel who welcomed me and dealt with my parcel are just still so far from the reality! What a fantastic professional and exquisite person Shantel is! I am so happy and delighted to have found such a place with a customer service far beyond any of my expectations! I struggled to find a cardboard box for the guitar I needed to expedite but Shantel built one with two boxes that just fitted at the perfection and with all the extra care to protect my fragile item. Dear Shantel, I can't thank you enough for your attention and professionalism but also for being this funny, smiling and kind person who made my experience today a real pleasure, you are such a wonderful gem! THANK YOOOUUUU Shantel!!

I printed off some work at this shop and it couldn't have been more than 35 pages of A3 work and I was told only after everything was printed off that the price was almost £1 per page. This conversation would have been nice to have had before the printing had begun because I was pretty shocked at the total price. Check prices before printing as there's apparently no turning back once its out!

I had a complex series of coloured graphics to copy and this branch of Mail Box Etc helped me get the best results. They were polite, professional and helpful. I have visited several times and the service is always excellent.

All the post services you could need and amazing customer service - Shantel was mega helpful and even looked after my bike for me without being asked when I made the mistake of leaving it riskily parked outside. Thank you!
