I just sent a parcel to South East Asia with Mailbox Etc Hampstead and I am so so glad I went with Mailbox etc rather than sending it myself directly via Fedex. Although MBE is a little more expensive it has been well worth it. The parcel encountered complications with customs once it reach Asia which was very confusing and difficult to sort out. I honestly couldn't have got the parcel there without the incredible work of the Mailbox etc team. They solved the problem and paperwork around customs and were so helpful and kind throughout the whole process.
