Amazing staff and best in class service!I was trying to send over a big amplifier to another country, and both members of staff were extremely helpful. They took care of the packing and the sending. All arrived well, and they kept in touch with me throughout the whole process.Cannot recommend enough!

What a swindler? honestly I don?t know why I thought this guy had changed. Still the most unwilling person to receive help from ever. I only went in for a bit of photocopying to which I could had done myself. He didn?t know how to even do what I was asking so I was some what politely telling him what to do. He then has a cheek to charge me an additional £3 for his special assistance services. More than the photocopying itself? I WONT BE GOING BACK, DO NOT USE.

The shop owner is very rude and doesn't know how to be patient with customers. Don't get me wrong, the shop owner's body language was not respectful to me. But the body language of a shopkeeper should not be artificial and aggressive. He always has a smile with anger and debt. As man imagines. He is unhappy with his job. And answers many questions with irony.

Owner is incredibly condescending and rude. I walked in searching for 1st class stamps and the owner made no effort to help me. Eventually, after I asked what my options were, he said he could do 1st class delivery and quoted a price much higher than royal mail standards. When I asked if the high price included any services like special delivery, the owner laughed in my face as if I had made a joke. Avoid this man at all costs!

Wanted £5 to drop off a pre-paid FedEx parcel despire being a FedEx Authorised Shipcenter listed for drop offs. Not sure what's going on here or why they're listed.

Paying a premium for its Royal Mail post service but received no services at all.My post sent with Royal Mail International Standard in March was not delivered. I was educated that nothing a customer could do with a parcel without tracking when I approached the shop for checking.Royal Mail has commitment that compensation cover up to £20 included in this service.My enquiry to Royal Mail on 12 May was promptly resolved on 15 May whereas my email enquiry to Mail Boxes Etc Finchley on 12 May received no answer at all.

I spoke with Ali at this shop to advise on a parcel cost. He seemed irritated to even speak with me and his attitude was appalling. Very rude man indeed. I had to send the parcel anyway as it was urgent however if i had any other option elsewhere i would have never used this man or his services. Absolutely no idea about how to treat a paying customer, he has the manners of a Neanderthal. I even saw him barking rudely at a poor old lady that was waiting patiently to be served. You really should be ashamed of yourself Ali, and not inflict the frustration of your shortfalls and failures on other people.
