Very recently had to send a package by FedEx courier and came across this Mail Boxes Etc. shop in Walworth Road near Elephant & Castle. Staff very friendly, helpful and professional. Process was quick and easy and any queries satisfactorily dealt with. Printing, scanning and copying services provided. Shop also supplies a good amount of stationery for both children and adults, including cake boxes! Also has Amazon collections hub. Was very impressed with Mail Boxes Etc. and would definitely recommend and use their services again.

Place meant to open at 9am on weekdays. Was still closed at 9.40am (on a normal Wednesday). Tried to call multiple times and noone picked up. If you are in a rush in the morning, be ready for staff coming in late for work. Do not recommend.

it?s not possible to access the Amazon box without their assistance. They won?t let you package your items yourself like at other Amazon drop locations as it?s behind the counter and they claim "the packages will be stolen" if not packaged in a way which hides what the item could be. You're better off going to another location.

Horrible customer service and rude staff. Tried to print something today and the guy was rude and sarcastic. Would only take cash which was not a problem but couldn?t even pay with a £5 note. Guy sarcastically pointed to the sign and said coin service only Im not sure why you keep asking me as it says coin service here.

Always very happy with the service here. I use them mostly for Amazon returns, which I'm sure they don't make any revenue from, but they are still polite and efficient, it's very refreshing and I must thank you for it. On the odd occasion I've used their paid services, they've also been very good and very reasonable.Previously they had some staff who weren't sure of certain procedures, and they got a bit rude, but they've either left or been trained properly.Special mention of Zafar, who is amazing at both customer service and knowing procedures. Thank you

Awful unhelpful service - happened multiple times. If you need DHL drop off go further up the road towards the roundabout - well worth the walk.

this is the kind of place where they give you the hard sales pitch of 'dont go for royal mail as parcel wont arrive' from the moment you enter so you end up paying 4 times the parcel force online rate for standard small parcel deliveries in the UK which comes to hey presto £40. yes you heard that right, £40, Mail Boxes makes a cool £30 profit on one single parcelforce item for UK mainland. In my case the item went to Richmond.....lol.Even though I was warned a few more times not to go for royal mail as they are 'BAD', I ended up going for the £14 royal mail option (too lazy to q at the post office on saturday) and guess what, my parcel never arrived and it has been 3 weeks. They probably didn't even bother posting it as other parcels with Royal Mail arrived fine during the same period but posted with other providers. what are the odds?!such a nice bunch.....karma is a ***** and I hope you guys are enjoying the adidas trainers size 11.....
