I had a quick work-related print errand and was very happy to get it sorted with the help of Boxes Etc. staff at Old Street. The employees were very helpful and friendly, and the service was speedy.

Highly unreliableWorking hrs realistically limited to Sat 10-2 if you have a job, and they are not even open.There is a real post office 2 min walk away, will never use these guys again

Came here to price shipping a 20 lb box home. Told 15 lbs of clothing would be about $200. This was more expensive that the post office.

Use these guys at work all the time for posting, but recently used for printing and was great. Very reasonable and was printed within half an hour of emailing the documents. Didn?t need print marks etc.

While I can't fault my interactions with the customer service of Mail Boxes Etc in Shoreditch, the value for money of posting with these guys is minimal. If I'd have thought that boxing and bubble wrapping an iMac already boxed in its original packaging would cost £35 and take two days, I'd have absolutely bought the necessary packaging materials and sent it via Parcelforce myself. £77 to post an £800 second hand computer nationally feels like daylight robbery.

I can not recommend them enough! I have always shipped my paintings with them both local and international, but this was a very large and especially fragile painting and Enrique and Lee were so so wonderful with packaging carefully and making sure the collector received her new piece in Brooklyn in the exact time she wanted it to be delivered. Nicest people and extremely talented with working with art works! Thank you again!

Tried to send a package via UPS from London to Italy...online it charges £18 to Italy for delivery and £20 for pick up from your house...this place wanted to charge £160...ridiculous...this is very bad that they take advantage of people like this...will go with the 1st option going forward.

I've just experienced some of the best customer service ever. The kind and helpful staff at Mail Boxes Etc have not only repackaged a gift for my father so that it arrives in one piece they've also managed to get it to Portugal before his big birthday, and even went so far as to make sure the courier wouldn't return it. (it's a single malt)Such kindness is rare.Especially in these strange and uncertain times.Thank you for being so genuinely helpful. ???
