Requested a auction p&p quote via the universal MBE website and within an hour I received a quote back with a call from Lokesh from MBE Chiswick to inform me of the options and the expected delivery time.With some negotiation i agreed with the quote. Lokesh made sure item was collected, packed and shipped on that same day. SO next day I received my item. Well packed with lots of bubble wrap (lots of different layers) and in a sturdy box.Never had my items from an auction that quickly. Well impressed.

I greatly value Mailboxes Chiswick. They provide a great service and it avoids the queues at Post Office. All the staff are good, but LOKESH is outstanding. Helpful and competent.

Awful services wanted to charge £10 additional to send a prepaid FedEx and refused provide a receipt. Definitely not trust worthy

I struggled to do delivery as all post offices were closed.Luckily I found this store who helped me with a big box I have to send.I also asked another question for an important letter to send, they helped me with everything, also with printing.I'm glad I got all sorted, also thanks to an employee named Bobby.

Hakim was very polite, informative, and prompt in their services when it comes to shipping from London. I got quick pick up and as requested shipping and packaging services which helped me to confidently buy with comfort all the way from India just over the phone call and email conversation in the UK without any trouble. They packaged the items securely to avoid any damages in transit and were very patient to hear all my requirements and requests. I'd definitely recommend them for your shipping needs with confidence. Obviously they cannot control the sissies that come when we choose to ship from royal mail or any other carrier but they do help armaking the arrangements for us along with pick up and packaging.

I received excellent customer care service from Mail Boxes in Chiswick. All the staff were extremely helpful and even repackaged my boxes more securely. I will have no hesitation in sending my possessions overseas, using their service options.

The manager ans the staff don't care about customer care except how to charge extra to customer and lie about posting produce faster. I was told the parcel I sent 4 weeks ago would arrive within a week without amd customs duty and checks. The checks of customs took 2 weeks and the item I posted was charge duty as well even after paying high premium on the 200gram hdd package. Still awaiting for the manager to call me but he has not nor the staff Lokesh. Really unhappy with service provided so far. At 1st they seem they knew what they were doing. But when transaction is done they did not care. I have called them multiple time and still no apology nor care about the service and high charge paid.

Again, my experience of being in Mail Boxes Etc. Chiswick was quite good: I was served quickly, it is convenient that this business is in Chiswick, I like the appearance of the business and I like the opening hours. Also, the customer service was not bad and the cost of my purchase was not bad.

1. Told us the tracking for international parcels will be sent to our email account. It never arrived. Husband had to go back there and it was super difficult to find out what happened. Staff didn?t know why we were told it will be sent to us via email.2. Paid for a small parcel £25. 1.2kg. Wow!3. They never used Royal Mail. Now they do and our parcel was lying for over 20 days ?somewhere?.4. 10 days in and tracking says ?sender preparing your parcel?.You need 10 days to prepare our parcel and you charge £25 ?Never again. You are a disgrace.
