Pointless service when it?s closed for strikes every other week but they don?t update opening times on Google. And so far away from where I live that I need to pay for a wasted round trip to find out it?s closed for the next 3 days

Stop making me pay for the cab when your lying about your opening times royal mail. Its Thursday 11:30 standing outside in the rain. Your closed wasted money for a cab. Fix it royal mail.

Today I went to collect a very important parcel for me , I even took some time off to do it , the person on the counter was SARAH she was completely out of this role not even she was negative and with a very bad attitude but put me in trouble aswell as her communication skills was 0I confirmed to her that I don?t have my red card for collection but I have id and what can I do after she told me we can?t as we need your reference number ,I called my girl she she went home after 1 hour that I been waiting for her I finally found my reference number even I had a picture of my red card , I showed to ? SARRAH? and she reply with attitude that she can?t do anything as a need to bring the card with me while she was howling my parcel , this was so ironic and Couse me trouble with my work ,Her costumer cervice are 0 and she is very disrespectful person with no communication skills , I don?t understand why don?t change staff if they can?t do the job !

awful and unhelpful, they told me i needed my customs card to collect my parcel that they have, 1 week later still no customs card! completely useless!

Displaying the wrong times on the website and at the location so i was unable to pick up my parcel, which has made me lose £250, disgraceful!
