Great disappointment. I have brought a Magnet kitchen from Croydon Unit C9 Thornton London .My husband and I have placed an order from the 10th of November 2023. And we are still waiting for some of kitchen parts. I have never been so disappointed with people that work for this company.The repeated delays of their products arriving on time has cost myself worth of extra two months mortgages on both houses.My current situation right now is that my own builders have left and I am without glass cabinet doors and the plinth and cornices.The staff at Croydon branch is unorganised and dishonest. Every time my husband and I spoke to the staff there has always been false promises.I have left repeated telephone Messages but no-reply. I was force to walk into the store to talk to someone because no-one could be bothered to get back.Moreen Mutesi the salesperson left me with a poorly designed kitchen with a lot of dead and inaccessible spaces with her giving up and leaving the company showing something about her.When complaining of the delays to arrival of my kitchen there was always a dishonest explanation.When trying to speak to a staff there is always an avoidance, I am so stressed out and have lost sleep. I can reassure you that I will never give good review towards Magnet neither will I refer it to anyone.My cabinets colour is chipping off and when mentioning to the staff at Croydon they explained I need to use a pen which doesn't make up for the full work needed.This experience of buying a kitchen from Magnet has for ever left myself with disappointment.

Poor customer service. Don?t usually write bad reviews but the service here was terrible had an appointment with Chi, he promised he will get a design done with pricing. Over a month later and haven?t received any feedback. I?ve chased it up on a few occasions and have always been told, he will call you back but no one gets back to me. Complete waste of time. I have left messages for a manager to call back but haven?t had any correspondence. Avoid if your time is valuable.

I had called in and spoke with a very well spoken lady, I think her name was Maureen. She booked me in with a gentleman call Chi.He was very informative and knew what he talking about. He gave me his whole 15 years of experience but sitting with him, you could clearly tell he been in the game for quite some time. He made my wife and myself laugh numerous times and actually understood our needs. I haven't had a service like this with Howdens or Wren. Will happily tell my mates to go to Magnets or the one in Croydon if they getting kitchen done.Also the team around him seemed so pleasant and very joyful. Really good atmosphere.

Magnet are a terrible company go elsewhere for your kitchen installation not up to standard both dishwasher and washing machine. Have fallen away from kitchen shortly after installation narrowly missing my baby on both occasions. And when you ask them to recify, they tell you it will be at a cost of their own incompetence never again,Service: Kitchen cabinet installation

Visited this store recently and given appointment for measurements. Next day we had a call from croydon store to advice we should choose colour for cabinets .Cancelled appointment.Wasted time and my leave ..This store customer service is very poor . I will not recommend.

It was a kitchen showroom. They appear to take coronavirus seriously, which is reassuring. All the staff we spoke to were very friendly.
