Rozina from Mac in Harrods is an absolute legend.Rozina went above and beyond for me helping get my make up properly sorted via video chat which was incredibly helpful ; especially since none of my 15 years? worth of purchases were on file despite having countless hours of make up appointments in store?so starting from scratch with me was not easy as I had always been able to repurchase all my previous products.I cannot thank Rozina enough for absolutely everything and all the patience she has been through with and for me; especially arranging for my delivery to be couriered via taxi to my home address for a same day delivery.I will DEFINITELY continue to sing her praises and ask for her every time I need help or my make up done in store.

It is very nice to receive the qualified help of a mac consultant Vinton and extremely delicate service from her, she helped my mum to chose the best shade of powder and explained the difference between the two. Thank you!

Had a fantastic service from Oscar at Mac cosmetics in Harrods. We were on a visit from Glasgow where we usually get MAC makeup but we have never experienced the helpful, knowledgeable and down to earth genuine person who served us on saturday in store and we actually would make sure to call back in if visiting again, myself and my daughter couldn't rave enough about what a great visit to MAC that Oscar made for us!

I have never been so astounded at the lack of service and downright Rudeness we were subjected to at your store.Your manager today - (I didn?t get to take her name but to be honest I?m glad to have not spent any more time talking to her than absolutely possible) is possibly the rudest person I?ve ever had to have the displeasure of speaking to.It is my mothers birthday weekend and we thought we would treat her to a full makeup treatment so called 3 weeks ago to book, only to arrive today and be turned around as they hadn?t taken the booking and be told we should?ve called again.A smile goes a long way but looking down your nose at customers that are willing to spend a considerable amount of money in your store is disrespectful and to be honest put a dampener on my day.In the end we went to Christian Louboutin and had it done there, and to be honest I would recommend Louboutin to anyone over MAC.Would never visit this MAC store again.
