Lost my phone in store today, called and asked if it was there and was told no. Checked find my iPhone which said it was in store so went back to get it. Still told that it wasn?t there. Pushed for the staff to look out the back for me as I could see it was in store and of course it was there. Rubbish customer service.

Disappointing. I bought some blueberries in here to go in my overnight oats. When I got to work and opened them, I noticed that several of the blueberries were mouldy. Considering I paid about £3.50 for them compared to the £1.50 I can buy them for in Lidl - I was pretty hacked off. I bought them on 16th September and the Use By date was 19th so I don't know what happened but they were inedible and of sub par quality. Certainly not what you'd expect from Marks & Sparks. I would probably shop there again for convenience but I wouldn't trust their fruit.

I do not understand why people rewieng negatively regarding supervision by shopassitants. There are busy station and I witnessed myself rude robery, staff always trying them best and just never had an issue with negative attidute.I am poping there mostly every morning to buy drink or lunch and staff is politly directing to self chekout. The shop is small, but very handy!

I was shopping in this M&S yesterday. I have shopped here before and had no real problems.

However, yesterday whilst scanning my food items a young male worker came up and said to me that I had not scanned one of my food items. I had just scanned the item, for some reason it did not show up. I was actually aware of this and was going to scan it. I always check the screen before paying to make sure that everything I have bought is on there - and for this exact reason.

I could see this guy watching me out of the side of my eye, so obviously he had something about me.

It was embarrassing and mortifying to have a staff member come over to tell me that I had not scanned this item almost as if he had caught me out trying to steal.

Very unprofessional behaviour.

It was also disappointing to see that they have removed the fresh bakery items.

The staff there do not have good approach to customers.

Good choice of items, slightly (but not insanely) overpriced. Let down by unfriendly staff and paranoid security guards. I?d rather feel like a valued customer than a potential shoplifter!

Bought two bottles of wine from this store, no problem. As going through the station, one bottle dropped and smashed. Security for the station recommended I go to m&s as they might give me a new bottle, since I was bumped into when the wine smashed, so it wasn't my fault. The guy on the door was massively unhelpful, while I would have felt very lucky and grateful if they had given me a new bottle, when he didn't offer that, I at least would have thought they could have offered me a bin to put my smashed wine into. When he told me they didn't have a bin at all in the shop, I then asked for a carrier bag for the rest of my shopping, so it wasn't wine stained and with broken glass. This also was refused, and since I couldn't go into the shop with a bag with wine leaking out of it (reasonable), I couldn't even go in and buy one. There were no other staff available to help, and I did have a train to catch. I was told another member of staff was coming in one second, but after five minutes of waiting was told that they probably weren't coming as they were busy. Disappointing, frustrating, and stressful when you just need to get to a train, and I could have been very easily and very quickly helped - even just a carrier bag would have been appreciated greatly. Unnecessarily bad experience. Customer service not good.

This is a small Marks and Spencer location, it can feel claustrophobic at times, especially at busy periods, it is in a good location within London Bridge Station, stocking a satisfactory range of essentials, which is useful if you're passing through the station. The selection here is limited due to the size of the store, but it certainly isn't too bad for a railway station location. I did find the store to be a little disorganised, the staff seemed friendly enough. 3* - This store isn't too bad if you're in a hurry if you're looking for more of the standard Marks and Spencer offering which may not be offered at this small concession, there are many other better stores within around half a mile away.

The staff are so rude ! I had a voucher and was told i cant use it here as its a franchise. No food at all at the moment and not because of the pandemic but because all the fridges are broken and have been for a month.Save your time do not miss your train and go to one that is not a (Franchise)

Usual M&S fare for a small concession. No mobile signal in store though so couldn't swipe my Sparks card!
