I had an excellent experience with my optician, Dr Patel. His professionalism was evident throughout my visit, from the comprehensive eye exam to the detailed explanations about my eye health. The personalized care and attention to detail made me feel valued as a patient. I highly recommend this optician for their expertise and outstanding service.

Friendly staff, free hearing test while you doing eye test. I had 2 previous test exactly same procedure. If you are due to eye test, give it a go. They are ok.

M&S Opticians, Ealing is so much better than other high street opticians in Ealing.The initial screening & the main eye tests were done in a separate room, not out in the public waiting area.The staff didn't push us to buy more/spend more than we needed to.The staff were polite, helpful & friendly towards my children.We saw Roshini (?), who checked everything thoroughly, plus showed me my own eye photos while explaining what she could see. No optician has ever bothered to explain my eye photos to me before!Thank you.

Very disappointed. Explained my concerns but not interested at all. The 'M&S' name is just a badge for the actual company, 'Owl Optical Ltd'. After wasting so much time at this branch, I had to go to a totally different optician who identified the issue and thankfully I can now see as well as one would expect to see after visiting an optician.

I have worn glasses for over 45 years so I have a huge experience with opticians.Can honestly say M&S opticians in Ealing has been the most helpful and professional service I have ever had.From beginning to end.. the optician herself was extremely knowledgeable and I felt very confident with her.The lady who helped me choose my glasses was very honest and helpful.Then the manager gave me a very good discount on my glasses.They were all so kind, professional and helpful.Can?t fault them in anything.Would highly recommend.

I went in for an eye check-up. The staff team is so friendly and welcoming. yet very professional and polite. I ended up buying blue light reduction glasses which gives me top tier premium quality feel. They are very light and strong. I'd definitely recommend M&S opticians.

I was pleasantly surprised with my visit to M&S Optician. Truly first class experience .. but what else would you expect from a first class company. All staff were great but would like to say thank you to Jennifer she was polite, professional and was outstanding. Continue with the great service and will be returning for future appointments. I have recommended this place to family and friends ?
