Coffee was awful,attitude even worse.I guess this is how they treat tourists now. I was also followed by security guy which is an absolute joke.

Let down by lack of air conditioning. Good view. Often quieter than the rest of westfield but does get busy at peak times.

Not quite the new style cafe, as it does not have the self service screens.
The cashier makes the tea and coffees with is a pain, as service is slow at point of sale. The specialist drinks and food come from the kitchen and this is also slow

Went to the Cafe on the Bridge in Westfield Stratford in the evening around 6pm.
Not busy,.but awful service. 2 staff standing around the till. not bothered, not even smiling when I spoke with them.
Several tables were free, but trays and cups etc not cleared up, stains and crumbs everywhere on tables. Food on the floor.
Not what I expected from a M&S café.
I rated the atmosphere as 2 stars only because it's an interesting view of the trains from the cafe window. Otherwise not nice eating in a dirty restaurant.
Although the scone and tea was nice, sadly we won't be going back due to poor staff service and dirty place..

More assistants opened another till when queue had formed.Tash served our food very quickly,very helpful and very friendly she went the extra mile to make it a good experience

Me and my mum came here for breakfast this morning and had a breakfast roll with latte.
From the moment we stepped inside, the cashier was so polite and greated us with a smile.
We got our rolls within 7 mins or so and had a lovely time catching up and relaxing.
Such a lovely, bright and spacious cafe on the the 3rd floor, with views over looking Westfield.
Would recommend.

Worst coffee man? .. I ask for latte but it was so much bubbly like cappuccino n so bitter I even can?t drink. As a brand we expect best coffee from there so please get the proper barista n save ur brunch.

This Saturday, me and my partner we went shopping at westfield, stratford. Previously, we ate at the eateries on the upper floor and must i say it was aweful, one it was too expensive and not so good food. We were thinking of trying a restaurant and ended up shopping at M and S, must admit, Our experience at the cafe was better than some of the restaurants; the food, the people, the ambience and the cleanliness was all spot on. The lady serving us at the tills (najawa or najma with the scarf) was very courteous to help us in choosing what else was available as it was late afternoon and some of the items on the menu had finished by then but she was very kind and found something that we would like and suggested options suitable to our tastes.
The lady who brought the food, with her wide brimming smile. It doesnt cost anything to be good and humble. We definitely would visit here again. Love you M and S.
