Such a dirty place and rude staff, they don't even bother to wipe the tables and if you dare to ask them to do it, they get offended.
Don't waste your money or time there.
And if you still think about going, try not to look under the tables, you won't have any
appetitemore anymore.
Tasteless food as well, matches perfectly with everything else in there.

Very disappointed at the M&S cafe location.
Disorganized seating process. Inefficient self service. Mediocre staff.
Go to the M&S cafe in Newcastle to see it executed really well.
Food as always is excellent...only saving grace ?

A large clean seating area. Lacks a little atmosphere. Large selection of cakes and Scones. Coffee was nice as was the lemon drizzle cake.

The pastry is good but the fish and chips were kind of mundane, same goes for the frozen peas.

Food is good but must be short staffed as the tables were in a shocking state. Nobody was clearing them and it was difficult to find a table free of detritus where you could enjoy your meal.

I really didn?t like the food the eg was soft and running, which I don?t like, toast was a bit burned, avocado was strange bitter taste. Carrot cake was okay. I can?t give anything for service, because ir is self servive.

It is very good for those who want to have an afternoon coffee, I highly recommend it, this portion is for 2 people to eat, to be honest you will be very satisfied with this afternoon coffee

They refused to heat our daughter?s meal because their kitchen closes at 6:30? it was 6:25. Worst service ever, the employees just want to close asap?
