A nice relaxing area to have a quick bite. The only downside is the cutlery and the selection of cold sandwiches could be wider. I know I could buy from the food court however for ease it would be nice to have a slightly wider variety at the cafe. Otherwise the service, coffee and food are great!

If you'd like a good, and simple dish for breakfast or lunch, this is the right place.
Located on the first floor of Marks & Spencer at George Street, Richmond.
Good food & drinks, good price, good service, and nice atmosphere (mostly crowded on weekends).
Toilet for customers is available.

Slow service. Tables littered with cups and plates as the collecting racks were overflowing. Won't be coming here again.

M&S Café in Richmond Park is the perfect place to take a break after a stroll in the beautiful park. The café offers a great selection of freshly made sandwiches, cakes, and, of course, excellent coffee. The setting is clean and comfortable, with plenty of seating and large windows that let in natural light. The customer service is exceptional?staff are friendly, attentive, and always greet you with a smile. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need, which adds a personal touch to the experience. Whether you?re grabbing a quick bite or relaxing with a coffee, it?s always a pleasant visit.

The Maple Coffee is incredible! Strong coffee and really good maple flavour. I was really happy with it- just wished the size was bigger for the price £3.30.The chicken pot pie was good, the top is super crispy, very wholesome with lots of veg, chicken and potatoes.Took away a star as there was only 1 plug which made it a little bit awkward to work here if someone else is there before you.

Chicken & basil sandwich, Horrible, all Spinach & tons of Basil Mayonnaise, soggy tomatoes & the tiniest amount of chicken over come by this basil mayonnaise, which left an after taste so strong.

Strangely felt understaffed. Change in sandwich offering was a shock. Value has gone out of the visit. Noticed the fizzy drinks are 250ml containers, not 330ml tins or 500ml bottles. People want a drink not a slight dampening of the throat. Toasted sandwich was good.
