A perfect spot for a relaxing break. The food was fresh, tasty, and well-presented, with a good variety to choose from. Service was friendly and efficient, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming ? ideal for a casual meal or coffee. Great value for the quality provided. Definitely a place I?d visit again.

I'm happy to visit here. I visited early morning and it was very calm and clean. I liked the staff asked me two types of coffee ans she was very friendly.

Always had a great experience there, but recently stopped by way before 5pm (when they close at 6pm) and was told drinks were take away cup only and hot food wasn?t possible. I was disappointed and felt it was to avoid cleaning up late. I went next door to Costa were experience was smoother.

It's much too expensive. I will go elsewhere next time. The service is really good as one would expect from M&S, but the price of a tiny piece of cake is similar to the price of a whole freshly made cake at Morrisons! Something is very wrong here. Also, when I ordered my coffee drink I wasn't asked what type of milk I preferred. I only like real whole milk in a coffee, not the watered down semi skimmed rubbish or oat water that kids think is a milk substitute when it clearly isn't! Get your food outlets in order M&S. I won't be eating at any of them again. And I'm an ex employee of theirs too.

I bring my dad here it used to be OK but it always ran out of ingredients even though its attached to the food store ???? we ordered poached eggs on toast. Simple order. I slice of toast and 2 eggs arrived . Not much at all.,is it too much to have 2 sluces of toast .The eggs were like bullets. If you have the avocado it comes as a scoop on the side ,really unappetising. The tea was ridiculously strong. It now feels like a cheap self service cafe. The quality and service that M &S used to provide is long gone. Sadly we won't be eating here again. Unfortunately if you come to Kew retail park there are only 2 options. Costa...providing M &S food slightly cheaper but still not tasty. Or M&S. Maybe find somewhere to eat before visiting Kew retail ?Parking: Easy parking and disabled parking

It was almost perfect, but it was much too busy and noisy. The food was good but very expensive, and therefore very off putting. Service, as expected, was brilliant from a team of people who obviously work very well together. The pricing really put us off though. We won't be back for breakfast anytime soon.

Good selection of lunches, cakes and snacks. Pleasant space - just a shame there are no windows or any greenery. Staff are generally very friendly and capable.
