Myself and my friend recently visited Lush in Liverpool Street to treat ourselves to some bath bombs! We?ve been lots of times before and had great experiences, this time however we did not! From the moment we entered the store we were made to feel very un welcome which we didn?t expect.We were also stared at the entire time and noticed several staff members giggling which we found rather rude. This isn?t the first time we were made to feel like we were an inconvenience.As someone who suffers from anxiety I was very uncomfortable with this experience.Previously when we have visited the store we have had a positive experience and even emailed management to send on our thanks to the staff.Unfortunately due to this recent visit we no longer feel welcome and do not feel comfortable returning to the store. We feel this is a shame as the staff are normally so lovely and accommodating plus we love the products. (We put one star as we couldn?t put zero)

I recently visited the Lush, and I must say that my experience was made even more enjoyable by the exceptional service I received from the shop assistant. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome.The shop assistants especially Shaqiera and Ridi were incredibly knowledgeable about the products and took the time to listen to mine and my sons needs and preferences. They provided me with valuable recommendations and even let me sample some products to help me make the right choices. Their passion for the brand and its ethos was evident, and it added to the overall positive atmosphere in the store.What stood out the most was their patience and willingness to answer all of my questions. It's rare to find such dedicated and customer-focused individuals in retail, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into making my shopping experience memorable.I left the store feeling satisfied with my purchases and grateful for the excellent assistance I received. The shop assistants at Lush went above and beyond to ensure I had a delightful shopping experience, and I would highly recommend visiting this store for their exceptional service.Thank you to the Lush shop assistants for making my day a little brighter with their kindness and expertise!

Had the most wonderful customer service today by the lovely Ali. He was an absolute superstar! Not only was he very polite, friendly and helpful, but he went above and beyond and shared his knowledge about the various lush products, and also offered samples too of products i was interested in. Very impressed by this young mans customer service and want to thank him for how helpful he was. There was also another lovely asian girl working with him and i want to also thank her for the lovely service too. I will definitely be returning to this lush store and highly recommend others to visit the store too.

I popped into this lush store whilst I was waiting for my train, and the staff were immediately so warm and welcoming. I felt right at home chatting about all the products. Thank you so much to Megan, Ali, and Olivia- you?re an asset to the company and truly lovely people!

I've been to other Lush stores but can only say this is one of the stores with the best team! Ridi was so patient with me answering all my questions and allowing me to test multiple products as well as suggesting some new products. The rest of the team was also so lovely, despite this being a just small store, I'm definitely now coming back anytime I need to restock on my products. Thanks so much to everyone that assisted me and hope you have a very happy holidays! ????

Had a absolute blast , what a immersive Experience ! So many photo opportunities and testing stations - if your in liverpool it?s a total different ball park than your typical lush - must see!

Went into Lush on Saturday 4th of November..the staff there was so helpful & so friendly, was with my best friend & we both thought the service from them was exceptional! Olivia, Gaia & Ali all individually explained the products to us, with so much detail..they are all an asset to Lush Cosmetics. ????
