I can highly recommend Richard and the sports massage therapies on offer at Luminis. Richard is fantastic. Talks you through everything, offers advice and I always feel 100% better after each session. Very helpful, very friendly, professional and I would not go anywhere else!

I didn?t like this therapy much , I asked for my arms to be massaged at the beginning but it wasn?t catered for and too much pressure was put onto my calf muscles where I already said there was pain - my hair was pulled by the therapist during the treatment as she didn?t check her chair as she was moving around,it left me a headache and sore head. I would like a refund if possible
