I have been a regular customer at the Blackheath Luminis Beauty Spa for many year's now and have always had a great experience! Abigail is my Beauty Consultant and provides an excellent service. Today I had the Gold facial treatment which is new to me and I left glowing. Abi always takes the time to ask me which areas I would like her to focus on which is normally my neck and mouth area which for me is the first area to show those wrinkles. I am looking pretty fantastic now. Booking again next month and am thoroughly looking forward to it. Jo xx

I received a Luminis Spa voucher for Mother's Day and have since become a loyal patron. Avril is excellent and considerate for my preferences and needs. Prior to each appointment, she asked about my desired focus areas, ensuring a tailored experience. The aromatherapy massage I indulged in for my second visit surpassed expectations and I didn't want it to end. Eagerly anticipating my next appointment
