Yesterday I popped in to check if they had a classic ball cap in stock that I wanted. Helena offered fantastic service because she helped me locate it online and then arranged for a send-sale (it was a long call). She is so amazing and patient! Today I have received this package and I am so happy! Thank you again Helena.

My 15th year old daughters favourite shop! Staff were absolutely brilliant and very attentive. We have been here before, but this time, staff were fantastic! So I think they deserve a shout-out for the fantastic job they are doing to serve and have a smile for everyone ?

Discriminatory, cold staff (particularly apparent in this blonde haired female worker) despite limited number of customers in the store. Poor treatment of customers, un-lululemonlike. Maybe it?s the cultural difference between UK and US stores that I?m not used to.

I popped in to check if they had a bag in stock that I wanted. Great service and Asia helped me locate the bag online and then order it for me to have delivered to the store. She was great!! very informative and friendly. She anlso introduced me to the new super soft tee range which I like a lot. Will be back soon to pick up my item thank you!

Dear Customer Service Manager,I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent shopping experience at your Lululemon store in Covent Garden , specifically concerning the customer service I received while attempting to purchase a Scuba hoodie.Today, I visited your store with the intention of purchasing a Scuba hoodie. As a loyal customer of Lululemon for several years, I have always been impressed by the quality of your products and the level of customer service provided. However, my recent experience was far from satisfactory.Upon entering the store, I was excited to browse through your collection and make a purchase. However, I was disappointed when I noticed that one of the store employees seemed more interested in chatting with a colleague than assisting customers. Despite my attempts to seek assistance, this particular staff member appeared to be engrossed in their conversation and showed no interest in helping me or other customers.I found it disheartening that while I, along with a few other customers, waited for assistance, this staff member continued to ignore us and prioritize their personal conversation. This not only made me feel undervalued as a customer but also tarnished my perception of the excellent customer service that Lululemon is known for.As a result of this experience, I left the store and making a purchase, which is quite unusual for me. I believe that exceptional customer service is a cornerstone of any successful business, and unfortunately, this particular encounter did not meet the high standards I associate with Lululemon.I sincerely hope that this incident was an isolated one and not reflective of the overall service culture at your store. First time purchasing Lululemon, I went to the Covent Garden store and everyone was so lovely and helpful, from the security person at the door (I?m so sorry again I mistook your accent!) to the rest of the shop staff. Thank you Lucy and everybody else at the store, I?ll definitely be returning and increase my Lululemon collection!Note: prices are not cheap but the quality feels amazing, also sizing is generous which is awesome for plus size women - I left feeling happy and confident in my body despite its curves!

No service at all. Nothing alike other lululemon stores. When I ask the assistant for going into the fitting room, she said ?You can just go.? Then keep talking with another girl. While other customers might received service, I helped my self all the time. Can I suppose the assistants to be racists? It was all me myself didn?t receive greeting coming in and service when trying clothes.
